Further moving, the park offers limitless thrill on rides like Constrictor, Freefall, Loop, Mad Racer, and Mantra with Laguna’s waterslide being unmissable for adventure enthusiasts. Attractions like Aquadrop, drops you at a speed of 62 km / second into the water, leaving you spell-bounded. Kids too have their own share of thrill at the AquaPlay Rainfortress with aqua pad and giant soaker bucket, ideal for kids from 4-12 years. Relax yourselves at the cabanas or take dip in the Infinity Edge Pool or in the Lazy River. The facility also has a direct access to the beach.

- The Pick up will be arranged from Dubai Hotels / Residence.
- Pick up from Areas other than Dubai Hotels / Residence will be done on request with an additional surcharge.
- All e-tickets must be exchanged for wrist bands at the entrance.
- Children under 13 years old must be accompanied by a responsible guardian of 18 years and above at all times.
- Appropriate swimwear must be worn inside the park at all times. Please refer to park rules and regulation on our website
- Online tickets do not include any food and beverage items unless specifically listed.
- All e-ticket holders are subject to the rules and regulations of entry as displayed at the main entrance and at each ride.
- E-ticket purchased under a specific customer name cannot be refunded, transferred or sold for cash value.
- The management reserves the right to alter the opening and closing time, remove or cancel any part of the experience for any reason including but not limited to health and safety, operational issues, maintenance, special events and private functions.
- Please follow lifeguard instructions at all times.
- The management will not be responsible for any lost or stolen tickets.
- Outside food and beverage is strictly prohibited and the management reserves the right to inspect all bags before entry into the park.
- Children under 2 years will be considered as infant and entry will be free of cost.
- Children above 2 years and height up to 1.2Â meter will be considered as child and charged child rate.
- Children above 1.2Â meter in height will be considered as an adult and charged adult rate.
Tickets once issued remains non-cancellable and non-refundable. In case of cancellation after issuance of tickets, only amount charged for transfers can be refunded as per below mentioned cancellation deadline.
- All Cancellations made 24 hours prior to the Tour departure time, NO charges will be applicable.
- If Cancellation made within 24 hours to your Tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable.
- If eligible for Refund your Amount will be returned back to your Account within 14 working days.
